The usb port on ring base unit keeps disconnecting. Have tried numerous cables
Hi @Talsal. Which cable are you trying to plug into your Base Station? Is the power cord not sitting correctly, or is it the ethernet cable that is coming disconnected? Feel free to add a picture of what you have plugged into your Base Station so we can get a better idea of what you’re seeing.
