URL for Password Reset is Incorrect

When I requested a password reset, I got the following URL:

https://link.verify.ringcom/ls/click?upn=-2BoVeLYc6EL3YShFoLxSRsthVHL3e6BXnnGFH-2Bue1ifEndpunYxw4yKk3vmC0JAq0k2fG7OSVflTSWc6Qzq2OQSDQhQaj62VBv5BON9brQxtbnQPwDUf1TAwUPhk74suOQkysK1EWaddpeKWujzoElaKj6guKD29JhcqrqbGibkXssKKMFQ-2Fm7N9vykKOYvmOCLeX_72MirYYaRk2-2Bl9KUXFmNz1YheC94QSUt-2BqSLHGcLtEIrFEZopX36CWNsJTUfvTPJnEe3flkyYN8-2B9hxUxp4PRaqEhE9xU8O-2FrnPuNoyeRpolSHU80dbq-2BXlEhCGzqYIe39XtszXp-2FzXZuY4X4HF7KLsn1Am1H6gR1K-2FqGRAr7NdPU67bJ4UIJgqgaCTK59xfygXVhs0F8MO9cZM16VCAvZs05L3MwndP3ZLsRCEF24HI7Ym-2BBYe5dijqCcSSz8Xny90l4zq1nEXklHhiuHNJe92EExyGeARl6r7rw56Y0H1OYcjv2V76xa3i5ltGVEzkxyBt-2FXeVLJv5zraemZkDXQbQ3RD-2FAX1MbNYI0qTK5I5xebBXGX14p1IeuIctL8Kn

This URL is invalid because there is no “period” between the ring and com. So, my browser couldn’t find you site. I edited the URL by inserting the period and it worked fine.

Hey @gsedlock. Thank you for pointing this out and my apologies that this happened for you! I went ahead and attempted to recreate this to see if this error still persisted by resetting my password, and it looks like the link I got in my email had to dot and was not broken like your’s was. This should hopefully have been just an error this one time, as I was unable to reproduce this on my end. If you run into this again, please let me know!
