Unprofessional customer service

I called the customer service line at 6:30pm psd.
The lady answering had an attitude and told me I was talking too fast for her and hung up on me after I tried to tell her my email.

How do you file a complaint? It seems like the employees know that there is no recourse for being unprofessional.

Likely they aren’t even real employees of Ring/Amazon but an outsourced 3rd party.
Do you have their name to follow through with a complaint? If not, then unfortunately it probably won’t go anywhere.
