Unable to sync outdoor wires floodlight with App

I had a professional install my light earlier today. It did not flash when the power came on. It did not respond to the indoor controls. There is no “Smart Lighting” option in “Set Up Device” in my app. Please advise.

Hi @cshore! The best first step will be to remove and reinstall the Ring app on your mobile device and accept all permissions. Once logged in, attempt a new setup and you will see the Smart Lighting toward the bottom of the list of options. If there are no lights, please ensure there is power to the device, or no switch is turned off in the home. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
