Unable to set modes

Hi, I have some ring battery cameras and would like to set up different modes a to be able to turn the cameras off if at home.
I use the app to control the cameras and when I open the mode settings I get a message to say something went wrong, not my fault just a glitch! I’ve tried over the last month and still the same pop up - any ideas??

  1. What type of phone are you using?

  2. What type of OS is installed on your phone?

  3. What version of the Ring app is installed?

  4. Are you able to adjust your Mode Settings on Ring.com?
