Why is the app convinced my mobile phone number is incorrect? It is stuck telling me ‘incorrect number’.
Hi @user17923. Are you trying to sign into an existing Ring account or are you trying to sign up for a new Ring account? If you’re signing into an existing Ring account, try using your email address and password to sign in, then check to ensure your phone number is listed correctly under Account Settings > Phone Number.
