Unable to load any video through app

I have 1gigabit internet 10 feet from this doorbell. For months now it has gotten worse and worse with playing back video in the app. It won’t load anything past the most recent video, if it loads that. I’ve cleared cache,user data which did nothing to resolve. Are these doorbells just lemons? Is there a better company anyone has tried/switched too?

Hi @user25053. What is the RSSI listed on the Device Health page on the Ring app? The RSSI will give us some additional insight onto the strength of the wifi signal that your Doorbell is receiving. Also, have you tried watching back the video on a different device or on Ring.com?
