Unable to join “Ring network ”

Good evening, i am having trouble connecting my ring doorbell pro to the specified ring network. I already reset my router multiple times and still will not connect.

Hi @user593. If the in-app setup for your Ring Doorbell Pro is repeatedly not working, you can find some troubleshooting steps in our Help Center Article here. I’d recommend going through those and trying them out to see if you can successfully complete the setup process. Let me know if that helps. :slight_smile:

If it’s anything like the Pro 2 model, you have to wait for it to charge in the small internal battery - can take between 30 and 45 minutes. This critical piece of info was lacking in the setup manual.
