Unable to install indoor camera that has been unregistered by previous owner

I bought an Indoor Camera and the previous owner has shown that he has removed the camera from his account but when I try and install the camera it still states that it is registered to previous owner. Any advice/suggestions please

Hi @Andmastay55. It’s possible he only deleted the Ring App and didn’t completely unregister the Indoor Cam from his Ring Account before doing so. I’d double-check with the original owner and ensure they fully removed the Indoor Cam from their account.
