Unable to download invoice

Hey Ring!

I’m unable to download the invoice when visiting Account > Billing History. Clicking “Download Invoice” does nothing.

Try a different browser perhaps? I believe this problem is going to require a call to Ring.

Hi @Buzuobar. Like @trail-explorer suggested, I would recommend trying a different internet browser first to see if that allows you to download the invoice. Make sure you don’t have a VPN or any specific security settings on that may block you from downloading it.
