Hi there, @philjam! The ringing volume of a Video Doorbell can certainly be changed in the Ring app. To do this, follow these steps:
- Open the Ring app
- Visit the Menu
- Select Devices
- Choose your Video Doorbell
- Tap the device settings tile
- Choose general settings.
- Here, you should see a volume slider for your Video Doorbell ring sound.
