Unable to activate professional monitoring


Tried to activate professional monitoring but I got an error “our system is experiencing a delay”. The same message for around 3 months.

Hi @Karm22. Make sure the Ring App and your phone’s OS are fully updated. Additionally, you can try to set it up on a different smartphone or tablet if you have one available. If this concern still persists, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here so they can take a closer look for you and make sure your Professional Monitoring gets set up.
