Unable to Access Videos

I am unable to view any of my videos from history. The Windows 10 App does nothing when I click a video, the Android app does nothing when I tap a video, and the Web App (ring.com) just says “There was an error retrieving this video. Please try again later.”

After some more investigation, it looks like I’ve been unable to view videos from 4/27 forward. Anything prior worked fine. So on 4/27 something happened to my Ring.

After a factory reset and about 30 minutes of trying to get it back on the network, my Ring now shows video and I’m able to view it in all apps. It looks like it may have updated firmware, even though before the app said it was up to date so who knows.
