Upon installation the siren and two way worked, the very next morning neither feature is working. How do I solve this problem?
Hey @Kflyhyer19! I would check to ensure the Cam is connected and communicating with the app to confirm that it is receiving the Siren and two-way talk request. Try triggering a live view in the Ring app, and hitting the green button to initiate two-way audio from there. If video is working as intended, then audio should as well.
If no audio is coming from your Cam during these tests, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device. Let me know if this works!
I am having the exact same issue. I have tried everything. I have a ring doorbell as well and that is working just fine. I am having the camera replaced to see if that does the trick.
