I purchased two ring video doorbells. When I set them up only one will stay online. It’s not always the same one that drops offline. Called tech support and they helped get one online but then the other one went offline. Been trying different things for two days now.
Hi @Radcontech. If our support team was able to help you get one of your devices online, I’m sure they will be able to assist with your other device. Also, you can try doing the steps they gave you, but in the same room as your router. Sometimes this helps. Best of luck!
