Hi, I have 2 doorbells. I need 2 payment methods, one for the business doorbell and the other for the personal doorbell. How can I do this as the payment page only allows one payment method?
Payment methods can easily and securely be changed by signing in at Ring.com via web browser, then accessing your account (manage account).
You can also separate your residential and business account with different Ring accounts, if this is needed for billing purposes. Find out more details about this in our Help Center article below
