When the app shows one of my batteries low in my security cam (say the right side), is that the right side from the back of the camera (if I go to remove it) or from the front of the camera? And does a ring camera pull power form one battery at a time? I have two batteries but one usually depletes before the other…
The best way to check your battery level is via your device health. If you are unsure of the current battery level, triggering a motion event will normally.allow for your Ring app device health to update to most recent. Alternatively, opening the battery hatch door will allow you to see an LED indication of which battery needs charging, as described further in the video below
