Twin floodlight stopped working on motion

We have a hard wired twin spot light security camera that as been working fine with the lights coming on when motion is detected until recently and now the lights won’t switch on when the motion sensor is activated. But will work if switched on manually can anybody please advice on how to fix the problem.

Noticed the same thing with my Floodlight Cam too. Started recently as well.

Hi neighbors! If the lights on your Floodlight Cam are not coming on, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try. First, disconnect the Floodlight Cam from power for at least a minute before reconnecting it. If that doesn’t work, try resetting the Cam by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, set the Floodlight Cam back up in the Ring App using the steps under Set up a Device.
