My floodlight camera is near our kitchen window. The light is triggered constantly by our movement inside the house which is annoying. I’ve set my default zone to only focus on the walking path by our house. Doesn’t matter, light still triggered by us moving around even though it is not in the zone. How can I make sure light isn’t triggered by movement outside the zone? If that is not available, then how can I turn off the light function completely. I want triggered recordings but not the light that turns on.
Hi @user3504. The Floodlight Cam is designed so that the lights will come on with every motion that is detected, assuming it is dark enough outside. This is to ensure that you do not miss any events and that your videos have sufficient lighting. You can learn more about the expected behavior of the lights on your Floodlight Cam in our Help Center Article here.
