Trouble with Ring 2020

I have spent the last several hours trying to setup my Ring Video Doorbell 2nd Gen. After a lot of trying, I was finally able to get it to go into setup mode. The problem now is, no matter how long I let the battery charge, I still get the “battery critically low” message under device management. I noticed under device health, it says that the power source is hardwired. Is there a way to change this to battery? Does this particular Ring version not have a standalone battery? Any help would be great!

Hi @Nymyzys. Try pressing your Doorbell button after performing a reset on the Doorbell. A Doorbell button press will cause your Doorbell to update its status. You can perform a reset by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing and reconnecting to WiFi. I hope this information is helpful.
