Installed Ring video doorbell wired. Device health showed poor transformer voltage. I changed the transformer but device health still shows poor voltage. Takes a long time to connect, other than that the doorbell seems to work ok. Anyone with a solution?
Hi @ricklt23. What model doorbell is this happening with? I would inspect the wires for wear as well as the gauge of the wire. If it is too thin or too thick, it could cause power issues. Also, what is the voltage rating for your transformer? We recommend a 16V-30VA transformer for our Doorbells.
