Timeline view....

I am the administrator of our Ring system, and I use Android. I’ve shared all components of the system with my wife, who uses iOS. She can’t see the timeline feature though. Is this an iOS glitch, or is it a privilege of being the administrator? Is there any way to enable her to also see the timeline?

I see this question was also posed awhile ago, but no-one answered. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey @Krusha. When she goes into her Ring app > Main Menu > Account, does she have an option to enable the Event History Timeline? If you scroll down on this page, you should see an option for a toggle to turn on for her! :slight_smile:
