The chimes failed to connect with a very strong WiFi

I’ve just bought a new chime pro, because I couldn’t connect the old chime to the WiFi anymore.

I spent several hours trying to connect the new chime.

The chimes failed to connect with a very strong WiFi signal.

I feel I have wasted my money. This is allready the second time that the Chime does not want to connect to the WiFi anymore. How many times do I have to purchase a new Chime to let it work! How do I get this chime to work??? I have tried everything you suggest.

A sad costly experience.
