This error may appear for a variety of reasons, none of which require exra steps. If you see this message, simply wait a minute, then tap the Try Again button.
I try again a lot of times but still same

Hey @yz2012. Could you try setting up the Ring Alarm on another device, such as another phone or tablet? In the event that you still cannot connect the Ring Alarm to your home wifi system, you may need to adjust the ports and protocols to allow the Ring devices to connect to your network. Once you’ve made those adjustments, try setting it up again!
