I am trying to reprogram my Ring. We just moved to a new home with an existing Ring. When I enter my phone number, it keeps coming back invalid number. It is my phone number! I can’t get past this

When receiving a previously owned Ring device, completing the change of ownership process is the best first step. This will allow you to request ownership of the device. Once complete, you will be able to setup the device in your Ring app.
