Just got a new doorbell pro 2. When the device is all done installing I get a little “tap here to finish install”. (In the mobile app).
Tried rebooting phone. Deleted re added device. Still just a hard shutdown when I “tap here”.
Hi @laxblackhole. What type of phone/OS version are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? I would ensure that both are up to date with the most current versions installed.
