One of my motion detectors shows “Tampered”. How to clear? Please advise. Thank you.
Hi @FilGov. It’s possible the cover is not fully snapped into place, so I’d recommend removing the cover from the Motion Detector and firmly snapping it back on. The Tampered notification means the cover is not registering as fully on, so this should do the trick for you. If it doesn’t, our support team can be reached at one of the numbers available here.
