My stick up cam is not connecting to the internet even though it is right outside where the router is. Speed test shows >200 mbps up and down right next to the cam. Hard reset and regular reconnect did not have any effect. This device had been working in that exact area for months and now has issues. Other device is still working further from a range extender or router but is now saying not good connection. Feel like I am being scammed to buy a chime.
Hi @Neighbor1st. To test if this is a network issue, try connect your Camera to a wifi hotspot. If the camera connects to the hotspot ok, then your network might be having issues. If it doesn’t connect to the wifi hotspot, then the camera may be having issues. If that is the case, you’ll need to contact our support team for the next best steps.
