Subscription plan

I have been trying for three days now on my phone and on my desktop to sign into a protection plan. And I have not been able to do so at all on my account I would love a number to reach somebody to discuss it

I am exactly the same. Still waiting for a manager to call me back.

Also I was asked to spell my own name Stephanie 7 times because it kept getting spelt Stapheny. So annoying!!!
