Subscription issue

I paid for my year subscription may18th2020 and today it says my trial period has ended. What can I do to make my account active?

Hey @LifeByE30. When does it say your trial period has ended and have you ensured that you have been billed by us for this plan you purchased on the 18th?

Whenever I click on any alerts for motion or whatever other alerts there are it says my trial period has ended. Yes I see the $30 deducted from my checking account.
