When i click live in my ring doorbell pro it allways showed a message that there is a streaming fault. What is going on?
Hi @Gribber. If the Live View isn’t working on for your Doorbell, a good place to start is by reviewing our Community Post on common Live View concerns here. If you check all of those and it’s still not loading, you may need to check the RSSI on your Device Health page to make sure it’s within an acceptable range.
