While clicking on the live view, it says there’s a streaming error. We also are not receiving any notification since we moved. We now have an actual doorbell and followed the steps for set up on that. I also changed our address in the app. Is there something else we are not doing to cause our ring not to work?
Hey @avrialc. What is the device’s status in the Device Health page and the RSSI for your device?
It now says offline. However the device doesn’t seem to want to hold a charge at all. I charged it all day yesterday.
