Streaming Error Spotlight Floodcam Australia

For the last week I can’t seem to view live video if it’s not on the network WiFi. I always get a streaming error.

The status log says it has been fixed on the 22 sep but the issue is still happening for me. I’ve done all that previous posts have suggested, removed and reinstalled app, my Wifi connection to Floodlight Cam Gen 1is strong.

Ring support crew - can you make sure it works? I am in Australia. I’ve already missed some packages because I can’t do live view and therefore use microphone to talk.

Hi there, @Kangaroo! To confirm, you mentioned video works fine while your mobile device is connected to wifi. Is it the cellular data connection that is not working? If so checking the closest cell tower connection (bars) and ensuring your data plan supports streaming is the best next step. Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device. I recommend giving the Rapid Ring app a try, as it is designed for the quickest access to live view.
