Hey @YYyy1234. Could you try resetting the camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds? After this time, go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Devices > Stick Up Cam > Device Health > Reconnect or Change Wifi Network. This will walk you through another setup of your device, which you should then wait a few minutes, and try to activate the Live View. Let me know if you still get this streaming error after this reset and reconnect! :slight_smile:
