Streaming error-help!

We are still getting notifications theres motion on our indoor cams, but when we go tk view, it will not allow us to view. Anyone have this issue.

Hi @klburns78. Do you have an active Ring Protect Plan? In order to view any videos in your Event History, you’ll need to have an active Ring Protect Plan. This Help Center article here has information on the different plans Ring has available. I hope this information helps!
