I just got a ring. This is the first time setting it up. I’m trying to stream the live video but it keeps saying streaming error. I have checked phone connection to router and ring connection to router and both are perfect. Any suggestions?

Next, try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device, and ensure there is not any vpn enabled. If this concern persists, see if live view will load better with the Rapid Ring app, as it is designed for the quickest access to live view. I hope this helps!
