I can’t view live my spotlight camera on my phone. I can control to turn on and turn off light, motion but I can’t do siren. I can’t hear any alarm sound when I turn on the siren. I just see the light flashing when siren. I follow instruction from the Ring community to fix this problem but it still happens. I tried resetting the camera, uninstall and reinstall my Ring app, and change wifi connect but it still doesn’t see anything on my phone. It looks like the picture I attach below. Please help me fix this problem. Thank you.

If your device’s RSSI in the Ring app is showing as good, try performing this live view on wifi only, or cell data only on your mobile device.
