Stopped Recording and No Live View

Indoor cam was working fine, then one day just stopped recording anything. No video capture, no snapshots, and if I go to live view I just get a spinning circle until it times out. Checked device health and everything is fine. Tried resetting, removing and re-adding device, installing a chime pro nearby and connecting through that. Nothing worked. Always sets up like normal with a strong signal. Any ideas?
