Stickup refuses KVH cellular - Indoor cam works fine

Cams aboard boat. WiFi network has 2 WAN connections: RogueWave antenna (to marina WiFi etc.), failover to KVH cellular antenna to multiple carriers. A/C Indoor cam works fine on either WAN connection. StickupCam Battery (2 of them) fail: fine on RogueWave WAN but on KVH cannot setup, cannot view once setup. Though they appear online. Attempt to view them live: endless timeout, Streaming Error. No exceptions, never worked. Why? Not a bandwith problem (removing Indoor Cam does not resolve the StickUp cam failure). Ordinary Netgear router, no surprises. Have tested them on cable WAN too, no issues.

No response, still trying to diagnose issue.
I note that “Indoor Cam” works fine on KVH cellular antenna. Only StickUp cams fail.
Is there a particular unique network requirement for StickUp cam - timeout limit, bandwidth, something? KVH swears they block no services.

The Indoor Cam and Stick Up Camera Battery have the same bandwidth requirements of a minimum upload speed of 1Mbps, with a recommended bandwidth of 2Mbps for optimal performance. Both Cameras require a standard 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi connection @ 2.4GHz, with high speed internet recommended, as described in our Camera Comparison guide.

Please also ensure there are not any special characters in your WiFi password. Feel free to also check out our Ports and Protocols Help Center article for some helpful network related tips.

As of 22.05.25 the issue has magically resolved. I suppose a FW update has occured, otherwise inexplicable. All devices working fine.
