Stickup cams upload black/blanked videos w/ no sound

Issue in the title. Both Ring Stickup cameras are brand new & came in a 2 pack, suggestions?
Green bar also occasionally flashes at the beginning of videos, w/grey bar on night vision.

Cams also pause frequently mid video when it is working, only to jump forward 5 seconds or so.

Hi @doglogger3! Is this only happening on android? Trying on another mobile device, or even visiting Ring.com and logging in via web browser, will allow you to test if recordings are playable on another device. If live views work but recordings are not playable, please double check your Protect Plan subscription status.

The best next step will be to remove and reinstall the Ring app, ensure there is not a vpn enabled, and check for any android apps that might conflict with the Ring app. I recommend also ensuring the wifi signal strength is sufficient for communicating video, by checking out our Community post about RSSI.
