Stickup Cam Not Working

I’ve had a Stickup Cam Battery for about a month. Whenever I remove the battery to recharge and then replace it, the camera doesn’t detect motion.

I can get a Live view, but it doesn’t detect motion. Is this normal?

I run through the Set Up procedure again, turn all the Motion Setting off and then on again and at some stage it starts to detect motion again.

Again, is this normal?

Hi @MightyGem. Your Stickup Cam Battery should resume normal function once the battery has been reinserted. The next time your replace the battery, try doing it next to your internet router. This will let you know if there is a signal issue or some type of interference. You will be able to see the RSSI (signal) in the Device Health menu.

Additionally, you can do a reset on your cam by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. Once that is complete, you can reconnect it to wifi. This will prompt a quick update to the cam to ensure it is on the latest firmware. Let me know if this helps!
