Just moved the camera to a different location indoors. Suddenly the night vision is black, as in no vison at all. Help?
Hey @Wolfy, is the area inside well lit? You will need to make sure you have proper lighting. Once the lighting is set in place, feel free to flash a flashlight in front of the camera to have it re-adjust to the room’s surroundings. This should help with the adjustment of the night vision. If this fails, please remove the device and re-set it up so that it’s listed as indoor only, as it may be stuck in outdoor mode if it was outside previously.
