Have the Solar plugged in with a fully charged battery, only lasts two days and runs out of power. Obviously doing something wrong?
Hi @MPrior. What is the Power Status in the Ring app under Device Health? You can find this by opening the Ring App and selecting- Menu > Devices > (Ring Device) > Device Health and observing what it says for power. If it is not registering that the Solar Panel is connected, you’ll need to reset your Stick Up Cam by holding the Setup Button for 20 seconds, then releasing. Once it has been reset, reconnect your Stick Up Cam to wifi.
