Stick up Cam Elite video / images are suddenly pink

Hi all,

I purchased a couple of weeks 9 Elite cameras for my house. Short time after installation, already one of them appears now to be defective.

The picture suddently got pink (see example image attached). Tried to re-start the cam by plugging of power and plugging in again but it did not help at all.

Appreciate if someone can help me whether this is a software or a hardware issue and if it can be fixed or camera needs to be replaced.

Hi @DarkwarriorSFN. Could you try resetting the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds? After this time, try to load the Live View and if it is still a pink image like the one you attached, reach out to our support team via phone here!
