So today I was able to finally update my 3rd generation wired stick up cams to include the longed for snapshot feature like my other cameras have. My cameras settings all remain the same, but after this update, my stick up cams won’t detect motion now. Anybody also having this issue as well?
Hey @CookieCris. Does your device show as online in the app? Have you ensured you do not have the camera in “Disarm” Mode, which would pause the motion detection?
