One of my outdoor stick up cams will not charge and cannot connect to my wifi. I have replaced the solar panel and it still will not charge. I pulled it down and placed it on a charger for a week and it would not take a charge. Is it possible that the battey is bad? Will you repair it? The product is less than 2 years old.
Hey @tyehodson. It does sound like the battery is no longer allowing itself to hold a charge. The battery on the 1st Generation Stick Up Cam cannot be swapped out, but our support team can help further with this to see if you are still within warranty for a replacement.
