Stick Up Battery Camera not working

I connected our Ring Stick Up Battery Camera yesterday and it worked all of 3 hours. When I open the device in the Ring App and try to do a “Live Feed,” I get the following message: Failed to Connect. We’re having trouble connecting to your Stick Up Camera. Reconnect.

When I try to reconnect, I get the same message. I did the Wi-Fi test and it came back indicating that our speeds were fast enough to support Ring. Any suggestions on how to get the camera to work?

Have you tried to go to the menu, click on Devices to see their status? It should show if your devices are online, offline or having poor connection.
