Stick up and Spotlight can won’t automatically reconnect

I have six Ring cameras. Many times Comcast has outages either due to electrical outages or problems with their equipment. The cameras NEVER automatically reconnect to the internet. When you have a Spotlight Camera that was professionally installed and only accessible by a very tall ladder it’s nearly impossible to press the button to start setup mode.

These cameras should detect the network is available and reconnect. This happens more than I’d like and is always a stressful task to get them up and running.

I have the same thing. Its a design issue for which they are not competent enough to find a fix. My cams are at locations 112 miles apart. The best I get from their “customer support” is to press the orange button. Ring sucks.
