When setting up the video doorbell for the first time, there was an option for if you had stairs or not. I thought my landing was large enough before the stairs, but someone coming up the stairs wasn’t picked up until they had opened the door. Can this setting be adjusted to say there are stairs now? Can’t find that setting anywhere.
Hi @CPE77. That is a question asked when going through a new setup for a Doorbell. If you had selected stairs, it would not have changed anything within the Doorbell. It would have taken you to a page that recommends you apply a Wedge Kit to the back of your Doorbell to angle it downwards physically to improve Motion Detection. You can find the different Wedge Kits available here under “Doorbell accessories.”
