Spotlight camera with battery doesn’t work right at night

Camera works ok during the day but pictures and video at night you can not see anything

Hi @Pbrackneyc! The Spotlight Cam should be adjusting to the dark area and allowing you to see much more. Thank you for the image example. It definitely looks blurry. I recommend checking the device RSSI, or wifi signal strength, in the device health section of your Ring app. An efficient connection will help with the best lens adjustment. Try also check battery level, as a full battery will ensure that all is functioning as intended.

The next best thing to check is the environment. If you add any light to the area does the lens adjust differently? If this concern persists, try a reset on the Cam by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
